The Goethe-Institut is a global cultural institute established by the Federal Republic of Germany with the aim of promoting cross-cultural exchange, education, and social dialogue. It also focuses on facilitating the teaching and learning of the German language worldwide. Over its more than seventy years of existence, the Goethe-Institut has played a crucial role in fostering global cultural exchange, promoting the dissemination of the German language, and supporting the free development of science and culture.
In collaboration with the Pop-Kultur Festival, the Goethe-Institut offers various opportunities for individuals to engage with Berlin’s Music City in the lead-up to the festival. These activities include studio visits, intensive jam sessions, short-term internships with select companies in Berlin’s creative industries, listening sessions, meetings with scholarship recipients of Musicboard Berlin GmbH and alumni from past editions of Goethe Talents, attending concerts, and other related events.
