Deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers, and achieve set targets.

Key Performance Areas:
Cash Control:
- Perform cash desk functions.
- Ensure adherence to cash control and banking processes daily.
- Maintain zero cash variances.
- Accurately record manual transactions.
Stock Control:
- Follow stock management processes daily.
- Follow up on customer orders.
- Conduct weekly stock counts accurately.
- Maintain the store room department in good condition.
- Complete shoe pairing exercise weekly.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Build internal and external customer relationships.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Demonstrate product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12.
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with retail administration disciplines.
- Proficiency in stock and cash management.
- Product knowledge.
- Sales knowledge and selling skills.
- Understanding of policies and procedures related to the cash desk, stockroom, admin, and other relevant areas.
