Ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service, assisting customers, and achieving set targets.

Key Performance Areas:
Cash Control:
- Perform cash desk functions.
- Ensure daily cash control and banking processes are followed with zero variances.
- Accurately record manual transactions.
Stock Control:
- Follow daily stock management processes.
- Follow up on customer orders.
- Conduct weekly stock counts accurately.
- Maintain the store room department in good condition.
- Complete weekly shoe pairing exercise.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Build internal & external customer relationships.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Possess product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of retail administration disciplines.
- Proficiency in stock & cash management.
- Product and sales knowledge.
- Understanding of policies and procedures related to cash desk, stockroom, and administration.
- Numerical ability.
