Purpose of the Role

The Branch Administrator will support the Branch in achieving its business objectives by managing administrative tasks in line with the Regional and Retail Operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Administration Support: Ensure all team members adhere to cash management policies and procedures.
  • Cash Management: Secure cash within the Branch and oversee cash movements with diligence.
  • Financial Data Handling: Maintain and manage financial data accurately, ensuring all expenses align with Branch limits.
  • Filing System: Organize and maintain an effective filing system for the Branch.
  • Compliance: Ensure all team members follow administrative policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Daily Operations: Collect opening floats, reconcile daily takings, manage cash counts, and send documents to the Branch Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Stock Management: Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock takes and record any shortages or out-of-line items.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture within the Branch, addressing complaints proactively and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Audit and Reporting: Ensure timely submission of reports, respond to queries, and clear any audit queries raised within the region.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years of administrative experience, including cash management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
