Job Overview

TWK Agri is looking for an Admin Co-Ordinator for its Timber Division at Richards Bay, KZN. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including production reporting, invoicing, and managing financial documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile daily production reports.
  • Apply moisture and quality control adjustments.
  • Update AS400 system.
  • Manage office stationery and diesel orders.
  • Invoicing for cash sales and managing petty cash.
  • Reconcile Flex Card and process EFT payments.
  • Handle general filing and document courier control.
  • Conduct minor purchasing activities.
  • Capture and reconcile leave entries in payroll and attendance systems.
  • Prepare monthly financial provisions for statements.
  • Process creditor and debtor applications.
  • Submit creditor invoices for payment and resolve payment queries.
  • Assist with internal and external audit document preparation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12 (with Mathematics or Accounting).
  • Proficient in MS Excel with advanced skills and knowledge of other MS Office tools.
  • Experience with AS400 (advantageous).
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player.
