Wealth Management Learnership Responsibilities
Administrative Excellence and Query Management
- Maintain accurate records and statistics related to client queries and resolutions
- Coordinate administrative tasks and route queries to appropriate departments and consultants
- Manage designated mailboxes and respond to inquiries within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Comprehensively manage and track all queries received through various channels
- Log IT requests for call retrievals and assist with retrieving call recordings when required
Business Support and Sales Identification
- Provide essential support services to different business teams within Discovery Connect
- Identify potential sales opportunities during client interactions and query resolution
- Learn and apply wealth management principles in practical scenarios
- Develop understanding of financial products and client needs analysis
- Support the achievement of business targets through efficient administrative support

Wealth Management Learnership Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate with minimum subjects and grades:
- Mathematics (Minimum Level 4 – 50%) or
- Maths Literacy (Minimum Level 5 – 60%)
- English (Minimum Level 4 – 50%)
- Second Language (Minimum Level 4 – 50%)
Personal Criteria:
- South African citizens by birth only
- Aged between 18 and 30 years
- Not engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment
- Have not completed any previous learnership programme
- Effective communication skills in written and verbal English
