Hollard Insurance Group presents an exceptional opportunity for 18 unemployed individuals to join our 2026 Learnership Programme across multiple locations in South Africa. This 12-month structured programme is specifically designed to ignite potential, build sustainable careers, and empower South Africa’s youth to thrive in the corporate world. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training leading to a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification in Insurance, supported by a brand that’s bold, caring, and genuinely committed to unlocking better futures for our youth.

Educational Requirements and Application Criteria
Essential Educational Qualifications
- South African Citizenship
- Age between 18 and 25 years
- Completed Matric/Grade 12 with specific subject requirements:
- English: 60% or higher
- One other language: Pass
- Mathematics: 50% or higher
- Mathematical Literacy: 60% or higher
Additional Application Requirements
- Not currently engaged in formal studies
- Not registered for any other learnership programme
- No previous participation in formal insurance industry learnerships
- Currently unemployed or not employed in corporate environment for more than six months
- Computer literacy (advantageous but not essential)
