About the YES Learnership Opportunity
Momentum Group believes in helping people from all walks of life achieve their financial goals. Through their client-facing brands and specialist businesses, they help people grow their savings, protect what matters, and invest for the future.
As part of their Youth Development Strategy, Momentum has partnered with the Youth Employment Services (YES) programme to create real opportunities for unemployed young South Africans.
This is a 12-month learnership within Momentum Investments Group. You’ll gain hands-on work experience across various areas of the business, receive on-the-job training, and build a strong foundation for a career in financial services.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
If you’re a recent graduate who’s been struggling to get your first break, this programme was designed with you in mind.
Who Can Apply for YES Learnership
To be considered, you must meet these requirements:
YES Learnership Qualification
A relevant Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Finance: Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, or related fields.
- Information Technology: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
- Governance: Compliance, Law, Governance, or related fields.
Knowledge & Eligibility
- Functional ability to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- South African citizen aged between 18 and 25 years.
- Unemployed at the time of application.
- First-time participant in the Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme.
