AECOM Bursary: Engineering & QS Funding

AECOM Bursary

AECOM Bursary
South Africa

Deadline: To Be Announced (2027 applications not yet open)

About the Bursary

AECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm that designs, builds, and manages projects across the built environment โ€” from roads and bridges to water systems and buildings.

Through its South African bursary programme, AECOM supports undergraduates studying civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, as well as quantity surveying.

This bursary offers up to R100,000 per year, plus a laptop allowance. But it also comes with something more valuable than money: a guaranteed graduate role at AECOM after you complete your studies.

If you’re passionate about the built environment and want a clear path into the industry, this is a strong opportunity to consider.

What’s Included In the AECOM Bursary

  • Tuition fees up to R100,000 per annum.
  • Prescribed books (within the R100,000 cap).
  • Accommodation (within the R100,000 cap).
  • Laptop up to R8,000.
  • Mentorship and career development support.
  • Vacation work at AECOM.
  • Guaranteed graduate role on successful completion.

๐Ÿ’ก The R100,000 annual cap covers tuition, books, and accommodation combined. The laptop allowance is separate, up to R8,000.

Work Commitment

AECOM bursary recipients are expected to work for AECOM after graduation for the same number of years that the bursary was awarded.
