Job Overview
Lesedi is seeking a qualified ICT Administrator to provide 2nd Level Support for Cloud, Desktop, Server, and Network systems across all sites. The ideal candidate will manage various IT tasks, including support for VoIP systems, network maintenance, and cloud services, ensuring seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve ServiceDesk calls within SLA timeframes.
- Manage and maintain VoIP systems and network infrastructure.
- Oversee company-wide printer and plotter systems, including reporting.
- Support SDWan systems (e.g., FortiGate, Sonicwall).
- Manage Wi-Fi access points and controllers across the company.
- Provide cloud and application support to end-users, including Office 365.
- Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and end-user training materials.
- Assist with laptop and desktop lifecycle management.
- Support the ICT Manager with site initiation, planning, and maintenance.
- Monitor UPS functionality in server rooms and network cabling systems.
- Liaise with 3rd-party vendors for hardware and software support.
- Provide monthly ICT reporting and participate in disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- IT Degree or 3-year IT Diploma.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+; ITIL; CCNA or equivalent Cisco/Aruba management experience.
- Additional certifications in FortiGate, MCSA, or MCSE are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Intermediate experience in ServiceDesk, Helpdesk, and Application Support.
- Proficient in VoIP, Printer, Network, and Server Support.
- Experience with VMWare/Nutanix and Office 365 administration is an advantage.
