Purpose:
The Toyota South Africa Motors bursary fund aims to support emerging talent in its communities by providing financial assistance to students who excel academically and show commitment. The program is designed to bridge the gap between tertiary education and the workplace, offering successful candidates opportunities for vacation work and potential exposure to Toyota’s flagship graduate program.

Qualifications Funded:

Commerce:

  • Accounting (Non-CA) – degree must include Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Management Accounting
  • Analytics
  • Business Mathematics and Informatics
  • Financial Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Marketing Management

Engineering:

  • Chemical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering

Science:

  • Business Science Analytics
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology

Eligibility Criteria:

  • South African citizenship
  • Strong academic and leadership potential
  • Minimum result of 65% for Mathematics and English in Matric
  • Overall average above 65% at tertiary level
  • Combined household income lower than R750,000 per annum

Application Process:

  1. Complete the application on StudyTrust’s online platform before 30 September.
  2. Provide the required information and upload supporting documents, including:
  • Certified copy of ID
  • Proof of all academic results to date (Grade 12 certificate and full tertiary academic record)
  • Proof of combined household income
  1. Your application will be considered for all other StudyTrust-managed bursaries you qualify for.

Closing Date:

  • Application Season: 1 June to 30 September
