As a Welcome Call Agent, you will be responsible for initiating customer relationships through outbound calls to existing clients, offering new products, and meeting key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to existing customers
- Offer new insurance products and services
- Follow multi-level sales scripts during customer interactions
- Identify products that best meet customer needs
- Explain product benefits and influence purchase decisions
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct thorough needs analysis during customer interviews
- Maintain detailed notes of customer requirements
- Schedule callbacks and update CRM system after each interaction

Compliance & Performance
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Call Agent Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate or SAQA accredited equivalent
- 2 or more years of telephonic sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of direct sales principles

- Regulatory Exam 5 certification
